What the site actually does.

An enquiry stores the name, work email, company, country, role, project type, project location, product, quantity, schedule, sample request, preferred contact, the note, and the names of any files you select. The file contents are not uploaded. If this copy has no production database address, the row stays in the preview database. It is not emailed.

The sample tray stays in this browser until you clear it. The advisor note, the comparison and the calculator note stay in this browser session. They are copied into the form for you to read, and they are stored with the enquiry only when you send the form.

Ask the collection answers from the product texts on this site. If a writing service is configured, the question and the matching product cards are sent to xAI at api.x.ai, model grok-4.5. The key stays on the server. An answer that names a product or a figure outside those cards is discarded. If the service is not available, the answer is written on the site from the same cards.

Make the note clearer sends the note you typed, and only after you press the button, to the same service. If the service is not available, the note stays as you wrote it.

The partner map is drawn by this site. It does not call Google, Mapbox or another map company.

This site’s own code does not include an analytics script and does not set an advertising cookie. Staff sign-in, when a staff key is configured, sets one first-party cookie, skanfas_review. The preview host may set its own cookies. This page does not list those, and it does not state a retention period or a deletion deadline.

Cookies

Browser storage used by this site: the sample tray in local storage, and the advisor, comparison and calculator notes in session storage. A staff cookie is set only after sign-in, and only when a staff key exists. No advertising cookie is set by this site’s code.
